BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST (SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision making across supply chain and logistics in a retail and manufacturing environment. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights from ERP, WMS, and APS data using modern BI and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for supply chain and logistics performance.

– Define and track key KPIs (inventory turns, forecast accuracy, logistics cost, lead time).

– Analyze data from ERP, WMS systems to support planning, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution.

– Work with data engineers on GCP-based data models and pipelines.

– Translate business requirements into clear analytical insights and recommendations.

– Partner with supply chain, operations, and logistics stakeholders.

– Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance in BI solutions.

Required Qualifications:

– 2+ years of experience in BI / Analytics, preferably in retail or manufacturing.

– Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.

– Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery).

– Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.

– Experience with ERP, WMS systems.

– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

– Salary: 15-20M VND/month

– Annual salary increases and bonuses based on performance;

– 13th month salary in accordance with Company’s policies and regulations.
